How to remove a phone number from Google Account

Step 1: Create a Google account on your device. You can do this by going to your device’s settings, searching for Google, and clicking on it.

Step 2: Is there a Manage your Google Account section? It is located right under your name and email address. It can be clicked.

Step 3: Select the Personal info tab once you reach the page.

Step 4: The phone option will be listed under the Contact information tab. Your phone number will appear in this option. Could you select the option by tapping it?

Step 5: Select the phone number you want to delete from your Google account.

Step 6: A Trash can icon will appear at the top right of the Phone number page. It can be tapped.

Step 7: A box will appear asking you to remove the number.

Add, update, or remove phone number (Android)

You can manage your Google account from the Settings app on your Android phone or tablet.
Tap Personal information at the top.
You can find the phone number under “Contact info”.
You can do the following from here:
You can add a phone number by selecting Add recovery phone under “Your phone numbers”. If you have not already done so, we recommend adding one.
To change your phone number, tap the Edit Update number button next to your number.
You can delete your phone number by tapping the Delete Remove number icon next to your number.

Add, update, or remove phone number (iPhone or iPad)

Gmail can be accessed on iPhones and iPads by opening the Gmail app.
The profile picture or initial Google Account can be found at the top right of the screen. Google’s myaccount.google.com is a great alternative to Gmail if you do not use it.
Tap Personal info at the top of the page.
You can find the phone number under “Contact info.”.
To add a phone number, select Add recovery phone from “Your phone numbers.”. (If you don’t already have one, please add one.)
Select Edit phone number Update number next to your number. Make sure you follow the instructions.
If you want to remove your phone number, select Remove phone number Remove number next to it.
